So I'm writing a novel at the moment; its about a teenage girl who is in a car accident with her best friend, Sam (he's a guy); he dies and she lives but goes through severe depression and post traumatic stress, she feels responsible for the accident because she let Sam drive under the influence of alcohol. She is always angry and can't express her emotions so they bottle up and after a while she finds the pain and shame too much and decides to end her own life just before she does a gorgeous, mysterious boy comes into her life who she later finds out is her guardian angel, they fall in love. She also has dreams when she is with him that helps her to let Sam go.
The guardian angels call themselves watchers, one person can have more than one watcher and Lacey (the main girl) has two, one is a vibrant twenty five year old woman with long red hair and deep green eyes and the other is a boy her age who was still born the exact second that Lacey was born. The watchers are very beautiful and baby faced, but they don't have any unnecessary powers just what they need to help their person heal.
