Could be. Personally I'd go for a shelter or a in-home breeder, but there are plenty of nice kennels out there.

This one's so big, though, that you might want to look into it. Visit the place before you buy.

This is a commercial breder. They are too up scale for a puppy mill. These are the people who dress their pups up and look really cute but in reality they and just a step or 2 above a puppy mill.

Stay clear of these people!

Simple answer is yes!! This is evidently a huge scale operation. Sure it is clean, but this is only the holding kennel for puppies awaiting their new owners or most likely waiting pickup to be transported to pet shops across the country.

Yes, just a clean one. They breed mixes too. they take payments online????sure sign of beware!....

judging by the amount of dogs they have and the amount of kennels they have i would have to say yes. no reputable breeder would have that many dogs that they were breeding

I'm no expert but when I purchase another puppy I will not go to a breeder like this. There are some serious concerns for me with this breeder. They have tons of pups and studs....that spells mill to me. The wash down under the kennels regularly, that means the dogs are not being trained and are going potty in their sleeping area. Take it from me, who purchased a pet store pup, that retraining a puppy to not pee wherever they are after learning that they can is a really, really tough job. Additionally there are a lot of things that mothers teach their pups while they are in the litter and littermates teach one another. These puppies at this place are not getting that kind of teaching and it's unlikely that they get enough human contact. Yorkies need a lot of one-on-one attention so I would think their socialization would be stunted. You might get lucky but why try, go to a reputable breeder that cares about the litters and isn't just in it for the cash flow.

No. It looks like a nice place. I don't think anyone who puts a puppy in a hat can be TOO cruel! :-D I would research them though before I bought one of their puppies.

Based on the pictures on the website, it does look like a puppy mill. If you are a reputable breeder, don't they post some of their champion dogs or any AKC pointed dogs on the site? Apparently, they are not. These pups are registered with ACA, not AKC. A reputable breeder won't breed the teacup or toy size. Be careful, don't be tempted by the price they listed.

That is definitely a puppy mill. Any dog sold online like this is considered a puppy mill. Reputable breeders do not advertise like this online to sell their puppies. They also do not have all those kennels.
