breakfast- fat free yogurt with berries in it and some slices almonds on top
lunch- 1/2 low carb flatbread wrap with 1 slice of turkey and some spinach, and then 2 small celery stalks with 1/2 tbsp LOW FAT (60 calories per 2 tbsps) creamcheese
snack- 1 apple with less than 1/2 tbsp of pb
dinner- 1 boca burger on a whole grain flatbread with some mustard, and 1 single serving of peas
snack- 1 medium banana and 3 grapes
how was my eating?
i also did 20 minutes of cardio/strength interval, 30 minute cardio burn sculpt workout video, 20 minutes lower body yoga, and i had a 60 minute softball pitching lesson. did i exercise enough?
did i eat okay? did i exercise enough? i am 5'3'' 110 lbs but i want to lose the fat around my mid section
for some reason i feel really fat today and i dont know why. any ideas why this could be?
** and i ran for 15 minutes (1 mile) at 4 mph on the treadmill today in gym class**
