*River Song voice* Spoilers!
If you haven't watched the 4th episode of Series 6 (Season 32) of Doctor Who, the episode The Doctor's Wife, you shouldn't read what's below.
-End warning-

TARDIS/Idris/Sexy ;] tells Rory that the password to the old control room is 'Crimson, Eleven, Delight, Petrichor'. I'm sure there's some meaning behind this, since this password was definitely set by either the TARDIS herself or the Doctor. But why? Why do those four words have significance and what kind? I just couldn't figure out the connection! So I turn to the lovely Whovian fandom for help :]

Also, another thing, in the penultimate scene, after the Doctor gives Rory and Amy their room, Rory asks the Doctor if he has a room of his own. Amy then pulls Rory away quickly. I didn't understand the significance of that line either, and I would've let it go if not for Amy's reaction, like he'd said something inappropriate. The implication that Rory suspects the Doctor doesn't sleep? That's rubbish isn't it? ]: *Confused*

I don't need a definite answer, just your interpretation! :]
Any answer would be much appreciated!
