Are Dodge Intrepid's reliable ?

I am looking at possibly buying one of these

1995 DODGE INTREPID BASE
81,204 mi. for $ 2,400
Automatic

2003 Dodge Intrepid SE Sedan
80,718 mi for $3,500
Automatic

Are these reliable cars in general and does the year of the car matter if it has low millage ?
