It has three dials on the center of the dash.  The third dial to the right is suppose to direct the air flow but it doesn't. the dial is mounted on a circuit board, there are no cables.  I cannot direct the heat to the floor or to the defroster. Also the temperature dial does not regulate the temperature, it is always on high.  This dial is also mounted on the same circuit board.
