Does a Mitsubishi Lancer 1996 GLI coupe have a sump gasket or gasket marker?

I have a Mitsubishi lancer 1996 1.5L couple series GLI. Do these cars have gaskets or Gasket silicone markers? also, how often should you replace these silicone markers?. at the moment my car is leaking oil onto the exhaust and i am assuming that it is coming from the sump due to poor silicone seal or no gasket.

please help me, thanks =)
