I am considering buying a sunrise alarm clock but the only plugs I have where it could be plugged in and stand on the desk are across the room from my bed. It's not a big room but would it need to be right next to my bed to work properly. I don't want to spend £40 on something that will definately not work because I can't put it by the bed
