Does any one have instructions on how to replace a Dell Inspiron E1405 laptop

motherboard? Shop determined that my motherboard is damaged and needs replacing so I ordered a new one. I have replaced laptop parts before but not on this one, so I want to if I should have the shop do it or is it easy to do on my own? And if it is easy, can some one provide me with instructions or link on how to do it, Thanks.
