...needs to attract a level students? Does any one know any interesting maths topics to do a presentation on it needs to attract a level students to do a maths degree at uni?

you could say about how good it looks when you are applying to university. Or about interesting jobs you could go on to have
 
you could lecture them on the angle of curvature of a penis as it arches through the vagina (colloq: cunt) and snakes toward an orgasm. Young people are usually interested in that sort of thing. Hope this helps.
