Does any one know how to find antisense protein on the NCBI geneome database?

I'm doing a Science project and The Aim of my projsect is to find the antisense protein that can interact with gamma gliadin which is known to cause celiac disease.The antisense protein that would be found is the protein that can prevent an individual who is susceptible to celiac disease.
I want any SMART dude who knows the process of obtaining the antisense protein.It is quite hectic but easy if you understand the whole concept.
