I am doing a very strict wheat and dairy free diet as i am allergic to both, i cooked potatoes in vegetable oil tonight and blew up like a balloon, the only thing i can think of is the oil as everything else was fresh food with no wheat or dairy products. I don't have the bottle anywhere anymore to check the ingredients. The oil was just an aldi brand vegetable oil.
