Does anybody know the controls for the old dos game Lightspeed by Microprose?

I haven't played it in a long time, and cannot find the controls listed anywhere. We found a free download of it, but I can't do anything.
 
Controls

I don't have the control sheet with me, but I remember some:
arrow keys/mouse to move
p for probe
alt+q is quit
enter or left click is FIRE
e is go to engine room
s is spindrive
I think its N for starmap
K for KAmikaze
g for guided missile
I think F is to launch fighter

Menus are all point & click or arrows

Anyway, unless you get your hands on an instruction book, I don't know how you are even going to start the game. It asks for a word from the book (i.e. write the first word in line 5 of section 3.2 of your lightspeed manual) every time you start, not to mention that the mechanics of the game are complicated.
