reccomendations of a good solid diet plan? I get so confused with what's right and wrong to eat! Some diets will say to completley cut out dairy and others revolve around dairy. It's weird because you think that every diet would have healthy foods that go for all of them. Does anyone else get confused and frustrated? What diet has worked for you? I spent two hours looking up diets on the computer and they all have such different ideas that I don't know what to believe! Any suggestions on a good solid diet plan either?
