I had a migrane for three days, peaking in the afternoon/evenings, finally got over it yesterday.
Today my neck is absolutely killing me. I can feel really tight bands of muscles running down the back of my neck from the bottom ridge of my skull. I've been massaging it for hours but they don't want to relax!
Anyone else ever had this? If so, how did you get over it?
