I made a Take5-like bar last night, but they didn't turn out exactly as I'd hoped. The chocolate I used was semi sweet, a little egg, and evaporated milk, but this morning, after having them sit in the refrigerator overnight, the chocolate is still gooey. To solve this I would like to cut the bars and then dip them completely in chocolate that will get hard so I can mail them. Any recipes or other ideas? Thanks!
