I found a couple of recipes but some require cornmeal (which I do not have) or masa de harina (also do not have). I also found a couple of recipes but they did not specify how to cook them. I can bake them right? At what temperature for how long?
Also, I intend to use a cream of mushroom soup (made from scratch) as a filling. Will the empanada be able to hold the soup?
