I would like to try to make it at home and since it is fried shrimp and not anything raw I figured it would be pretty safe for a first timer. Thanks! 
From what I can tell, the kind we get at our local sushi bar has rice, seaweed, tempura shrimp, avacado, some kind of sauce, maybe spicy mayonaise, and caviar on top. I would love a actual recipe with the correct Japanese names for everything so that when I go to the Asian market I am not completely lost. And please don't ask me to ask the sushi chef, I already tried, he cannot tell anyone the recipes. Thanks!!
