I have been granted permission to speak with you today regarding a situation
that I hope may open your eyes and also grant a wake-up call to those not
taking life seriously enough.

As you may or may not have heard, this past week 4 people went missing from a home in Knox County, Ohio. Among the missing were a mother and 2 children.

Of these 4 people, only one was found alive. The rest were later found to be murdered, dismembered and put into a hollow tree out in the woods of a rural area.

I am the uncle of the missing/murdered children.

This has been a horrific ordeal for my family. My wife's brother, Greg Borders, lost his wife and children, and now has nothing. Our lives have been forever turned upside down, and 3 people are now dead. Luckily, the police were able save my niece, Sarah, before the murderer could take her story-mount-vernon-knox-county-coroner-report.html?sid=102life, and for this we are so very thankful.

As you can imagine, when something like this happens, lives are ruined.
Unfortunately for us, things have gotten even worse.

As of now, we are under the extreme pressure of trying to prepare for 3 funerals.

As you may know, funerals are very expensive. We are looking at a combined cost of approximately $15,000-20,000 for the 3 victims. Sadly, this is a price we as a family cannot afford. We have not even had the chance to grieve for our murdered relatives, and only have a short time to raise the funds needed for these funerals.

I would very humbly ask, that if anyone here could possibly spare anything at all, we would GREATLY appreciate it and forever be in your debt.

We are dealing with so many things right now, and the thought of not being able to give a proper burial to our murdered loved ones is almost too much to handle. I ask that you place yourself in our shoes, and understand that I am only here out of desperation to ease the pain our family is going through and hopefully provide some closure. We are looking to every medium we can find for help, which includes asking of our online friends.
