Does anyone know any ideas for a seventh grade science project on nutrition?

We have a science fair at our school and i am doing nutrition. I really cannot think of anything that i can do for an experiment!! :( I need help!! the best answer gets the 10 points!!
 
Real sugar vs. stuff like Splenda and other fake sugars. are all those chemicals REALLY better than just having normal sugar? what ARE all of those chemicals anyway? what do they do?

Can people tell the difference in the taste between regular and low fat foods?
I will test five boys and 5 girls, all in the same age range, with various fat and low-fat foods. I will measure if they think it is low fat or regular and if an aftertaste was detected.
