Does anyone know anything bout using internet on mobile phone?

I have a 810i Sony ericsson mobile phone. Second hand. When I want to use the internet it asks if I want to use the secondary account? If select yes it goes to call another mobile number, if I select no it just goes back to the original screen.
Anyone have a clue?
