Does anyone know around what time the new manga chapter(565) of Naruto will be out?

I know its supposed to be coming out today, but does anyone know around what time? i remember being on a site before that had a countdown clock, but i dont remember which site >.<
 
Probably after 12. I keep refreshing the page to check just in case they release it early.

That's 12:00 CAT. It's about 10:00 here now.
