Message: <blockquote data-quote="DianneH" data-source="post: 2192764" data-attributes="member: 333543"><p>When you go to craft fairs people have made wind mobiles out of two liter plastic pop bottles , they put a whole in the lid and one thru the bottom, using  the long bottom part of a cloths hanger they put in thru the center to hang it, they are cut kinda half moon about 1 inch apart, then  they bend them outward, just can not  find how to make them, takes very little wind to move them and they are as pretty, some put tape around out side, some puts flags , flowers in side... sure could use help with this..Thanking you in advance</p></blockquote><p></p>
