Does anyone know how to save ringtones to a HTC freestyle?

Does anyone know how to save ringtones to a HTC freestyle? I get my ringtones from mytinyphone.com and I'm not sure how to save it to my phone. I just got the phone yesterday.
 
I am having the same problem with my phone just I get my ringtones off of phonezoo.com.
