They didn't bother me then but the older I got the more vivid they got and the more I couldn't handle them anymore.I started meditating and they only became worse but I started sleeping better. Because the premonitions were becoming more and more frequent and vivid I stopped meditating. Now my sleeps are crap and I'm still getting the premonitions, albeit not as frequent.
