does anyone know how to unlock a nokia 2310 free of charge?

I have tried downloading various software but none seem to be able to unlock the 2310 I am with vodafone australia and my imie number is 358979011070045
 
you have to go to nokia care centre to get it done.
you can not do it by your own.
