does anyone know how to unlock the Blackberry Storm?

my phone works find and is super fast.. but i want to know how to unlock it . in Europe all phones are unlock and all phone have interchangable SIM cards,
i am on the Telus Network In montreal , CANADA..
not verrizon or AT&T or any US carriers,
i am on a CANAdian carrier, Telus Mobility
they guy at the customer service center at Fairview said that i can find the info on the web , and some places do it too
Anyone know where or how
