Okay im turning 16
And im going to get a job..
I have good grades and when i get the job i could take care of myself.
but what are some good reasons to tell the judge why i want to get emancipated
also can i move from state,buy a house,buy a airplane ticket,have a credit card,attend clubs..
What can i do when i get emancipated..
I have my personal reasons on why i want that..
I am very depressed because all i see in my house is arguments and never love...
I want to live my life without depending on no one and at least smile more often..
Is there a specific time you have to be working for to be emancipated ?
what do i have to do..
and what can i do..
do my mom have to sign and my dad ? only my mom has my custody..
please tell me what can i do ?? and how ???
