I read a manga before on MangaFox.com and I forgot the title. The plot goes like this:
A girl is able to read the minds of others at her school. She is then recruited by the student council president because of these psychic powers. The president grows wolf ears and enters his "power" mode when he gets "excited". The girl also learns how to grow these ears. Together, they prevent students from being taken over by 'cards' (I think that's what they were), The girl is supposed to locate the card and the guy slashes at it and removes it, returning the person to normal.
The art leans more towards cute than mature. It's not a very well known manga. Please help if you can ^^
