Does anyone know where I can download a Bluetooth user manual?

I have a Samsung WEP 200 Bluetooth device;I have had it over a year,maybe more. I had to have a hard reset done on my phone(Palm Treo 700wx) this past week,and lost connection.Like an idiot, I did not keep my user manual;as a result, I do not remember the passkey that I need to connect the device to my phone. I went on Samsung's website to see if I could download a manual-no luck. Is there any way I can get get a hold of this manual?
