does anyone know where or how I can complain about my avon rep.?

their website just has a contact us page, where you fill in details about products. i have written to it,and got no response.

Not sure this is the best answer to your question, but I wanted to comment -- the Makeup category is SWARMING with Avon reps who are aggressively pushing product. It's pretty annoying. Someone will post a question like "What is a good, neutral shade of Clinique eyeshadow?" and there will be responses like "Try Avon instead. You can buy it directly from me." followed by a link. It really makes me dislike Avon reps.

How did you order it? If you ordered it from the booklets they hand out,, there should be a number on the back of your local rep. Or else you'll have to get a contact number somehow, and call them during business hours. There must be a way to contact them if your not happy.

On the back of the catalog there is a phone number - sure its on the website too. Ring them up during office hours and give them some abuse from me as well! I'm sticking to boots from now on.
