Does anyone remember an old movie on Cartoon Network about a bear who worked...

...in a factory? I remember seeing this movie as a kid some time in the 90's. I can't really remember to much about it. I think the movie starts out with him hibernating. I'm pretty sure that in one part of the movie the bear is talking to this really old man. You can only see the old mans hands and hear his voice. Images of this movie have been burned in my brain for many years now, someone please help!
