bedridden dog laugh? It's an old sad dog (or perhaps just an old man) in bed offering a $$ reward for anyone who can make him laugh because he hasn't laughed in like 10 years. And Foghorn tries everything he can but nothing works, and then he accidentally gets a pie in the face, and that does the trick. So he throws pies at Foghorn and that's the end of the episode.
