very interesting story? So at work this girl filed a false report saying that my friend and I harassed her. I have worked with this girl for 2 years and we have been friends always joking around with each other all the time never any problems, never one time did she ever say anything to me or my friend. So one day when she was leaving work in the parking lot my friend and I asked her for a ride to my car and when she said no we just messed around outside her car. WE HAVE NEVER EVER absolutely ever done anything sexual to this girl or even touch her before not even a sexual word to her! She goes and complains to my work that we were harassing her and now my friend and I are suspended from work. I want to SUE this girl for the money that I would have made if not being suspended. I have witnesses saying that me and this girl are friends and will testify saying that 5 minutes before the incident this girl and I were making jokes to each other and happily conversing with one another. Honestly, this girl is just PMSing and i have no idea why shes doing this to my friend and I? Do you think I have a chance to sue this girl?
