Does anyone think Tough Hockey Fighter George Laraque should try for UFC?

Since hes a good fighter on the ice rink, does anyone think he would have a chance at UFC???

Nobody gets into the UFC without first having fights in other Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) organizations. So he'd have to probably abandon his hockey career to begin training and competing in MMA. As far as I know, he's just a brawler with no formal training, and unless he gets some actual training in boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiujitsu, he'll be easilly defeated by any competent MMA fighter. I doubt he'd ever make it to the UFC. Guys like Randy Couture, Anderson Silva, Gabriell Gonzaga, Dan Henderson, and BJ Penn are world/Olympic-level fighters. That's not something you pick up over night. That would essentially be like sending a figure skater into an NHL game.
