Does blackberry messenger work with dolphin out of the box or do I need to pay

extra to get it? Im getting a 8520 with Dolphin plan so thats £10 a month 300 text and 100MB internet, If I open up my box and turn it on will internet and bbm just work or will I need something extra to make them work? If not how much is it for this extra thing and how do I get it?
