Does caffeine and nicotine affect anti psychotic medication?

When having no cigarettes or tobacco i noticed that i was more likely to have a psychotic episode, I had similar experiences with amphetamines and became paranoid whilst using marijuana, I have been diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic ans was placed on a community treatment order (CTO) after having gone cold turkey from cigarettes and tobacco as well as marijuana, I also stopped drinking coffee as I found it made me want a cigarette.
 
Given up the lot eh? That is not anything i could ever do, respect! So how do you feel now. any better? Or do you feel the same? Try mint tea, that is very relaxing as a coffee replacement and will not make you crave a ciggie. If your illness has made you give it all up then it does have some use then. (even if you don't see it as such) Peace to you.
