does cingluar sell to-go sim cards like t mobile does?

I have a cingular phone I don't use anymore because I have t-mobile now. with t-mobile I just bought a to-go sim card off t-mobile.com and put it in my sidekick. and now my sister wants to use my old cingular phone with a to-go plan. the cingular website is so difficult to navigate and I know they have to-go plans but I need to know if they sell the to-go sim cards like t-mobile does so my sister can just put it in the phone, etc.
 
Yes, Cingular does have them for To Go phones. My sister uses one.
