Does Dish Network have OnDemand?

Does Dish have something nearly identical to Comcast's OnDemand? I REALLY like having free movies and 4 episodes backlogged of almost every aired TV show.

Does Dish have that ON the TV or is it like dumb thing where you have to have it streamed and only watch it on the computer? I don't like that stuff. I prefer TV and movies being watched on that box they originally were made for...the TV.

I don't care about the OnDemand movies for $4.99 or whatever. I like mostly older movies (last year and later) so the free stuff movies you see on Comcast's OnDemand.

Does Dish have that? Where I can watch a free movie and have lots of choices anytime I want? TV shows too?
 
You do have HBO which let's you watch some of the newest movies ( 1-3 years or so ago) besides that yes you do have video on demand a.k.a. vod all channel 1's for a price of 4.99-9.99 for like 24-48 hours and yes it is on the tv And dish has very good recording options hope this helped
