Does drinking water with a lemon and lime slice in it provide the same

nutrition as plain water? I tend to drink a lot more water if I put a slice of lemon and lime in it. My tap water tastes a whole lot better if I put it in it. Also, I recently stopped drinking soda and this has become my alternative. I was wondering if this is okay to do. Am I getting a ton of extra calories from the lemon and lime?

Water has no nutrition, it's simply hydrating, and it responsible for many body functions. The lemon or lime would probably add no more than 1 or 2 calories to your drink, maybe 10 or so more if you eat the slice. One slice, even with every drink, wouldn't affect much on the calorie level.
