Does Judaism and Islam accept or deny creation?

So, you hear the word "creationist" every now and then, but they almost always refer to Christians. How do Jews and Muslims feel about creation?

I realize people are going to be split, even if they believe in the same religion. Just answer what your religion is and whether you believe in evolution or creation.

On this site, the ignorant use the term "Creationist" to refer only to a relatively small group of Christians who believe that God created everything in six literal days. The ignorance of many is such that they wrongly suppose all Christians who say they believe God is the Creator to be six-day creationists.

However, nearly two billion Christians, 1.5 billion Muslims and 20 million Jewish believers ALL confess that, in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1). That makes them Creationists. The question of how long it took God to do all the creating is a separate and distinct issue that has no bearing on the fact that ALL members of all three of those world faiths believe that God created. And HOW God did the creating is yet another issue.
