does motoblur work in china?

i have a motorola android phone with the motoblur software, the settings are all correct, and it makes phones calls, but the data / internet connection will not work in China. If I use my SIM card in another smartphone it works fine, is the application blocked here? if so does anyone know how to deactivate motoblur or get around this problem?

Does your Motorola phone support the network frequencies used in China? Have you tried connecting the phone with Wi-Fi and trying the MotoBlur access? 3G in USA and China operates at different frequencies and most phones support one or the other but not both.
