I just adopted a 3 year old chihuahua mix and she pees alot. When she get scared she pees too. My mom thinks she may have a bladder problem, she just pees werever she is. She does pee outside when i put her outside but also inside. Does this sound like a problem? Her owners dropped her off not too long ago and she is 3 so its not like shes a puppy i would think they trained her by now? i just dont know
