I told my Father when the Soviet Union collapsed, there would be civil war in the countries they had ruled over. And We had the conflict in Serbia, Bosnia, and Croatia. I also warned about forcing Mushareef, (I forget the spelling), out of Office. The last President of Pakistan.
Every country has tribal or clan fueds. That can easily lead to Civil War.
Just like some in the U.S. still have resentments over our Civil War.
