Does roger charge me if I go over the limit of my internet usage?

My internet usage reseted today and i went to check if i went over the limit. It turns out i did, by 14mb. It says that i have $0.00 additional charges. Does that mean i have to pay nothing?
My roger's internet subcription is express i think.... With a 60 gb limit per month
