I am doing 30 minutes of exercise a day. I just started so Its not much exercise but as I get healthier I can exercise more. So far I do about 10-15 Minutes on Yoga, about 10 Minutes on Strength Training, and The remaining time on Aerobics or Cardio, such as Jogging, Hula Hoop, and mini games. Yes I am doing Wii Fit. Its because I do not have exercise equipment or a local gym or a car. So this work out actually is good considering I NEVER work out. SO its a good start until im a little more fit. SO Thats my exercise. I am limiting myself to 1200 calories a day. I am doing pretty darn good. I was sick so I lost 5-6lbs ugh! Being sick sucks. And Now I am really being health conscious. I am having Special K cereal for breakfast, its yummy, with fat free milk, ew.. If I drink Vitamin D i gag, so Fat Free is what we always get, lol! And I try to have a salad during the day, I don't put anything on it. Sometimes Italian dressing but thats it. And I try to have a healthy dinner. I am actually not craving food as much now.. Wierd. Anyway my question is:
Would Slimquick help me get a boost with energy, and help me lose weight? I am already making healthy lifestyle choices which I hope to continue forever (with some altering like more exercise). I just want a boost. So would slimquick work or is it just secretly a laxative/liver killer? I have read some good reviews online..
