does t-mobile charge fees for in-store fixing?

my phones broken, and i need to go to the tmobile store to get it fixed. will it cost anything? i have the samsung gravity, and something is sticking out from the bottom of the top part of the phone, so it doesnt open all the way to reveal the qwerty keypad.
