Does T Mobile have better phone service as of 2013?

I want to know if T Mobile has better service then it did last year. I left T mobile one year ago because in my area the connection was bad. Since i heard about their new no contract deal and that they carry the iphone 5, i am considering coming back to them. Did they make their internet and signal available in a lot more places since i left them?
 
No they are still slow and lately they have been losing customers and the main reason for carrying the iPhone 5 was to promote people that they have a good network but its still the same
