Does T-Mobile now carry a dark blue Razr2 V9?

My mom was at wal-mart and the T-Mobile people were trying to get her to add a line. They have this deal for a Razr2 for $80. She says it's the dark Blue color and is the V9.

But I didn't know T-Mobile carried the V9, and I didn't know it came in anything other than that red color. So does that mean it's really the V8, or are they now making the V9 in blue?
