If you are offended tell me why. If you are not, why not?

Do you think Jesus was a nice guy? Jesus said some very offensive things.

He said that you are condemned if you don’t believe in him:

Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
John 3:18

You must hate the people closest to you:

If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, even their own life—such a person cannot be my disciple.
Luke 14:26

He came to stir up trouble in families:

Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.
Matthew 10:34-36

You must become a fool to be wise. If you think you are wise then you are a fool:

Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become fools so that you may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight.
1 Corinthians 3:18-19

The verses quoted will only be accepted by those who have extreme faith which is a requirement for salvation.:all mighty:

"Offend me?" No.

I consider the jesus myth and his supposed "Teachings" rather silly, ancient superstitious nonsense.

"Do you think Jesus was a nice guy?"

There's no evidence any such person ever actually lived -- and if one did, I never met him. You can't tell anything from the stories, since they're mostly made-up after he supposedly lived. So I haven't got a clue if any actual Jesus, if there was one, was "nice" or not. And I really don't care.

Peace.

If you are offended by words then you are soft.

You must hate the people closest to you:

If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, even their own life—such a person cannot be my disciple.
Luke 14:26

He only pick some of the most sinful people to be his disciples so he could show the world and the disciples that his teachings works. He showed them the light and the disciples who were once the biggest sinners around could now spread Jesus teachings...if they could learn to love then anyone can. Jesus knew what he was doing.

Jesus is trying to tell you that you can only learn from your mistakes. Yes it may sound cruel by the way he says it but if you think you are wise then what is there for you to learn? That my friend is a mistake.
